Important Information About CU Service Centers ®

• All transactions require you present identification, because the CU Service Centers ® Network cares about protecting your identity and account information.
• You must know your Member Number.
• Transactions over $5,000 will require that the CU Service Center ® calls us for approval. This may take a few extra minutes.
• Holds are placed on all check transactions, including payroll checks. Should you need the funds immediately, please keep a copy of the check and give us a call at
  510-690-6100.
• The maximum cash withdrawal at any CU Service Center ® is $500. An additional $300 may be obtained at an ATM.
• Coin deposits are only available at select Service Centers ®. You may want to call in advance. Branch phone numbers can be obtained online or by calling us during business hours at 510-690-6100.
• Convenience Transaction Fees may apply.

Holds and Deposited Funds

• The funds you deposit at the CU Service Centers® locations may not be available for immediate withdrawal from your credit union account, including your payroll check.
• The CU Service Centers ® Location cannot remove a hold placed on your account you will need to contact Bay Cities.

Stop Payments

The CU Service Centers ® Location cannot accept a stop payment request on your own checking account. Contact Bay Cities to place a stop payment on any check you have written.

If you need to place a stop payment on a check you obtained from the CU Service Centers ® Location, such as a cashier's check, money order or official check, you must contact the CU Service Centers ® Location where you obtained the check. There will be a waiting period not to exceed 90 days before funds can be released. You may be required to complete an indemnity agreement.
