e-Alerts -- Organize Your Life!

Have you heard about e-Alerts -- the great new way to organize your financial life?

Bay Cities has created 9 free Convenience Alerts to keep you up to date and your account secure! Wouldn't it be great to know when a check has cleared, or the exact amount and time your payroll posts? No more waiting for statements to mail or spending time on the phone.

How? It's as simple as enrolling in Home Banking at www.baycities.org and clicking on the e-Services button located at the top right of your screen. Click on the drop down alert type box to customize the notifications that will make your life easier!

Check them out:

  • Monthly Statements -- ready to view
  • Insufficient Funds Notification
  • Deposit Account Balance -- notifies you when your balance goes above or below your set notification limit
  • Loan Payment Due Reminder -- keeps your payments on time
  • Checks Cleared -- by check number and amount on the day it clears
  • Direct Deposit Received
  • Automatic Withdrawals -- you'll know instantly if someone withdraws from your account
  • Loan Account Balance Notification -- when loan balance goes above or below your set notification limit (great to detect fraudulent transactions)
  • Certificate Maturing
  • Bill Payments -- lets you know exactly when your online bill payments have been sent

Need help? Just give us a call. We can even take care of signing you up -- 510-690-6100.
