1. Is there a cost for e-Statements and e-Services?
No, the e-Statement service is free of charge. In fact, if you choose to enroll in this service, it saves BCCU money on statement printing and mailing costs allowing the Credit Union to reinvest this savings in new products and lower rates.

2. What statements can I receive electronically?
All of your statements will be received electronically.

3. Can I just receive my monthly statements electronically and still get
my statements via U.S. mail?
No, if you sign up for e-Statements and e-Services, all BCCU-generated statements and letters for your member number will be sent electronically. If you have more than one member number, you will need to sign up for each one separately.

4. Can I enroll by calling BCCU or visiting a BCCU office?
You must enroll via Home Banking, however, our employees are always available to answer any questions you may have and walk you through the sign-up process.

5. I just enrolled, how soon will I get my e-Statements and e-Services?
Your statements will be available immediately upon enrolment. Please be aware that some statements are sent monthly and some are sent quarterly.

6. When during the month will my e-Statements be available?
The monthly statement will be available on the first day of each month through Home Banking. Visa Statements will be available on the 16th of each month. You will receive an email when your online statement is available.

7. Are there any system requirements?
Yes, you must have the following:
- A computer with the ability to receive email
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher (can be downloaded for free by clicking here.)
- Internet Explorer v5.5 or Netscape Navigator v4.79 or higher
- Internet access
- A printer is not necessary unless you choose to print your statements

8. What if I need a paper copy of my statement?
You can print your e-Services Alerts or any of the available statements from Home Banking to your printer. You may also call the Member Service Center to have a copy mailed. There will be a statement copy fee charged if requested through the Member Service Center.

9. What if I need to change my email address?
If you need to change your email address, sign on to Home Banking, click on the e-Services button and sign into e-Services. Click on the "Alert Addresses" tab to change your primary, alternate or mobile device address. You will be sent a New Activation email to activate your new address(s). Future communications will be sent to those addresses after activation.

10. What if I forget my password?
If you forget your Home Banking password click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Home Banking sign on page. This will allow you to reset your password.

11. What if I didn't receive my e-Statement notification?
Undeliverable emails will result in members being removed from e-Services. The Credit Union will then mail the statement via U.S. postal service. You will need to re-enroll in order to receive e-Statements and e-Services again.

12. What if I want to cancel e-Statements?
You always have the choice of receiving e-Statements or paper statements. To cancel e-Services, sign into e-Services via Home Banking, and click the "Stop CuAlert" tab. Once you confirm this action, statements and letters will then begin being sent by mail. This action will also stop Account Alerts from being sent. Account Alerts will not be generated by mail.
