Closure – System Upgrade

Member Service Center Closure & Services Affected

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but we are looking forward to upgrading our system which will bring with it enhanced services and features so that we may better serve all of our members.

Beginning on the evening of August 28th, at 5pm through Monday, August 31st, services that will not be available are;

  • Online / Mobile Banking,
  • 24/7 Member Call Center and
  • the Hayward Member Service Center.

Access to your accounts will be available through:

  • The use of your ATM and/or Debit Card,
  • your VISA credit card and
  • writing a check.

NOTE:  ONLINE BANKING TRANSACTION HISTORY – September 1, 2020 will begin the first day of transaction history.  Prior to September 1st history is available by viewing your statement.
