We are excited to announce that we have completed a significant technology upgrade to our core banking system – the software that manages our major banking functions, including:
- Opening and managing accounts
- Originating and serving loans
- Processing cash deposits and withdrawals
- Maintaining account holder information
- Processing transactions

Services Impacted
Account Type Prefix
Your Account Types will be changing to 4 digits with S or L prefix. For example, S1 becomes S0001, S1.1 to S0101 or L2 to L0002. For more details check your account details.
Transaction History
If you have Online Banking services your transaction history will start as of September 1st 2020. To see prior history, please view your monthly online statements.
Quicken and QuickBooks
If you are utilizing Bay Cities connection to Quicken or QuickBooks, the new prefix to the Account type will require you to remap your accounts within both Intuit products.
