What features are available in Online Banking?

The Dashboard is your entry point into Online Banking. Dedicated Widgets will provide you with easy access to your banking needs. You are able to view a summary of your accounts and transfer funds from your Dashboard. There is a customizable Events Calendar and a secure Message Center as well. The new Online Banking is redesigned for a more intuitive member friendly experience.

Is Online Banking more secure?

Yes, Online Banking provides you with increased security. You are no longer required to enter your member number to access your account. In addition to a customizable User  Name and Password, personalized security questions and Site Markers help to ensure online security. Online Banking utilizes a One-Time Password or OTP for new member enrollment and for certain transactions.

What is a Widget?

A Widget is a dedicated application on your Dashboard. Each Widget window displays specific information about your account.

What is a Site Marker?

A Site Marker is a secret image that only you know. Make sure you verify this image before you enter your Password. You may choose an image from the gallery provided or upload your own image.

What is a One-Time Password or OTP?

To provide enhanced security for certain transactions, Online Banking uses a One-Time Password or OTP.  In such cases this Password is sent either to your email or your mobile device, or both, and you are then prompted to enter the code online to continue with the transaction. As part of the enrollment process, you are asked to specify how you want these Passwords delivered.

I forgot my User Name and/or Password.  What should I do?

Click either “Forgot User Name” or “Forgot Password” located in the account login window and follow the onscreen instructions. Please note that a One-Time Password will be sent to your email address.  If you’ve forgotten both your User Name and Password you must contact us.

Will my Alerts transfer?

Yes, your Alerts will transfer to Online Banking.

Will my e-Statements be available?

Yes, as of April 30th e-Statements will only be available on our new Online Banking platform.

How can I access Online Banking from a mobile device?

There will be a new mobile app for both Apple and Android devices.

Online Banking gives you the option to organize and display your linked accounts conveniently.

Can I apply for a loan?

Yes, you can apply for a loan with Online Banking. You can access this service from the All Services tab by clicking the Loan Application icon.

What browsers are compatible with the Online Banking?

For best results we recommend you use the latest version (but not a beta version) of your browser.

We support the following browsers:

Online Banking will still work on older browsers. However, you may notice speed or performance issues. We strongly recommend you upgrade your browser to avoid any such issues.
