Home Equity loans are secured by a second deed of trust; the amount you can borrow is based on the amount of equity you have in your home. We have two equity programs to choose from.

For illustrative purposes, if you were to advance $100,000.00 from your Home Equity Line at a 7.00% APR and repay the balance over a 15-year (180-month) repayment period, your estimated monthly payment would be approximately $898.83.
